We have now replaced our paper form with an online application. This new application is slightly different to the old form, so we shall no longer accept the paper form.
We will also require details of previous events for which grants were awarded, via the online Post Event Evaluation Form, and a financial report for the event. A template is included at the end of the application process. Please provide as much information as you can to enable us to discuss it.
All applications are discussed at a subsequent meeting, and we may contact you for more information. To enable us to process your application in time for your event please apply at least 2 months before the event.
If your event is cancelled or postponed please contact us immediately. If any details of the event change between your application and the date of the event we reserve the right to ask for any grants to be returned in accordance with the terms of awarding.
